To place an order, just browse our Shop and select your desired products to add to your cart. We suggest creating an account to quickly save your cart, add items to your wishlist, and earn reward points. Upon completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order specifics and payment instructions.

How do I pay?

e-Transfer: You can conveniently make payments using Interac e-Transfer. Your personalized payment instructions will be provided during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. It’s important to follow these instructions precisely, including using the correct recipient name, as any deviations may result in rejection. Please ensure payment is completed within 24 hours to avoid automatic cancellation of your order.

Orders containing items with limited quantities are temporarily placed on hold for one hour before being automatically canceled.

What if my Package is Missing?

Wrong or Missing Items?

While we’re careful with packing, mistakes can happen. If an item is missing or wrong, let us know. It’s a good idea to take pictures when your order arrives. We also double-check all orders before shipping.

If your items are missing or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us with pictures or a video, and our team will investigate.

Refund or Exchange

To qualify for a refund or exchange, customers must contact us within one day of receiving their products, providing a summary of the issue along with supplementary pictures or videos.

Once a prepackaged product has been opened, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

We evaluate each request individually. Please note that for a full refund, we need the items to be returned to us.
