To cancel an order, simply email us at: email@example.com with your name, email, and order number and let us know that you would like to cancel. Your order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Express Cigs wont be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address that was provided by the customer. If you did enter an incorrect address, email us immediately to let us know.
Our order confirmations are automated and sent out immediately after you place an order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you didn’t receive your order confirmation in your inbox. If you have not received an order confirmation after 4 hours, please email us.
Enter your tracking number in the track my order page and you will be able to see the latest updates on your order.
We are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Express Cigs reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process, send us an email.

No, you do not have to setup an account to place an order. You may checkout as a guest.

Currently, we offer standard shipping, and the price adjusts automatically based on quantity. Majority of our shipments are made with Canada post.

Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada. We will ship anywhere in Canada.
