Our website is 100% legit. We offer affordable pricing on many different cigarettes because we want returning and satisfied customers. Furthermore, we have implemented a review system so that you can read other customers reviews on our product. This helps our customers make better buying choices, while also reinforcing their confidence that we hold ourself accountable and standby our products.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
To cancel an order, simply email us at: hello@expresscigs.com with your name, email, and order number and let us know that you would like to cancel. Your order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.Â
Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Express Cigs wont be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address that was provided by the customer. If you did enter an incorrect address, email us immediately to let us know.
Our order confirmations are automated and sent out immediately after you place an order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you didn’t receive your order confirmation in your inbox. If you have not received an order confirmation after 4 hours, please email us.Â
Enter your tracking number in the track my order page and you will be able to see the latest updates on your order.Â
We are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Express Cigs reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process, send us an email.Â

Currently, we offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping. Majority of our shipments are made with Canada post.

Free Shipping: Orders over $300+
Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada. We will ship anywhere in Canada.Â
Once you place your order and your payment is received, we will begin to process your order for shipping immediately. We pride ourselves on offering Next Day Shipping to all our customers. We also offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping Options.Â
Yes we do. It is more expensive but will get to you very fast. Standard Shipping is the most affordable if you don’t mind the extra time it may take. Expedited Shipping is faster then Standard shipping and sometimes just as fast as Express shipping, it isn’t very expensive and we offer it for free on orders $300+. Regardless, all orders are processed either same day or next day.Â
